Artsonia - A message from our art teacher, Mrs. Meske: Our 1st semester at Hedden has ended. Our 4th and 5th graders have transitioned out of art and onto library. At this point the 2nd and 3rd graders have transitioned from library into art. Students can still participate in Artsonia even though if they are no longer in art class. Artsonia is an online art gallery for them. I encourage all students to continue to make art and download it to their profile. Students can do this from home by taking a digital picture of their art and uploading it to their page, or they can bring it into me and I will make sure to upload it for them. Every piece of art they download secures our school’s spot for 1st place in the state of Washington. Students, go on Artsonia and leave positive feedback for your friend’s art, join the fan clubs, and write artist statements for your own art. Each and every activity that our students, their family and friends do on Artsonia counts towards our rank.
